Loft Farm is Martinsville's only townhouse community.  There are 132 townhomes in the community, which was built in 1997.  A very upscale feel is created with partial brick facings on all the buildings, as well as some interesting architectural elements like copper roof sections.  The community has a pool and a small playground, and is adjacent to Chimney Rock Park.

There are six different models in Loft Farm.  Two bedroom units include the            while the         are three bedroom models. 

Currently, there are six townhomes offered for sale here in Loft Farm.  Offering prices range from $456,000 for a two bedroom, two and one half bath unit with a finished basement and a one car garage, to $525,000 for a three bedroom unit with two full and two half baths, a finished basement and a two car garage.
